ABSTRACT : This article aims to address, from a socio-discursive, rhetorical and enunciative perspective, official institutional information disseminated in Guinea during the recent Ebola epidemic, which has badly affected West Africa. The health crisis has challenged both medicine and communication in this country where the «Riposte» has encountered a considerable resistance. The analysis of the corpus, which highlights the plurisemiotic dimension of the iconotexts, examines how the campaign was orchestrated. The aim is to highlight how designed information fulfills the purpose of the deliberative genre by addressing the population so that it collaborates fully in the fight against the disease. Through diverse scenographys (warning signals, synthesis or didactic dialogue, narration-advice), cultural anchoring, the discourse of values and the importance of mediations are highlighted.
