ABSTRACT : Our research aims to analyze the socio-cultural influence on the poster and the display in a semiotic perspective. We are interested in the specificity and the media strategies in this didactic communication relative to a subject of public health in the People’s Republic of China. Our analysis of the AIDS prevention campaign will focus on commendation given in relation to the accomplishment of the sexual act.
